order & shipping

1Do I have to create an account to shop with Soda & Pop?
No, you will not have to create an account. However, we encourage you to do so as creating an account will help simplify the checkout process in the future, and you'll have perks as a recurring customer!
2What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept direct bank transfers, Paypal and standard Credit Cards via Paypal.

For customers paying by Paypal or Credit cards – After clicking "Place Order" at the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card or from your existing Paypal account.

For customers who select "bank transfer" at checkout, our bank account information will be available after your complete your order and in the email confirmation we'll send to you. The transfer must be completed within 45 minutes, or the order will be void.
3Where do you ship from?
We are based in Singapore, and items are shipped out from Singapore.
4What are the shipping and delivery options?
For Singaporean buyers, we currently offer (1) normal postage at $1.50 flat, (2) SmartPac at $4.70 flat, and (3) local collection at Singapore 560571, only on Sundays, between 9-12am.

For international buyers, we currently offer registered airmail. Cost can be checked via the 'calculate shipping' option on cart page. We are not liable for any additional customs or duties charged on the parcel. Please kindly check with your country's relevant agencies to find out about the customs or duties that might occur.

5When will you ship my order?
Items will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.
6I placed the wrong order/wrote the wrong details! What should I do?
Do not panic, and send an email to hello@sodaandpop.com the soonest. While we cannot promise that your order will definitely be revised, we will do our best to help!

Please kindly carefully review all items, quantities, shipping details and payment before submitting the order.
7How do I track my order?
You can track your order process here.

If you opted for registered postage, you can head over to Singpost's registered postage tracker at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick and key in the tracking number provided to you via email. eg. RR672819092SG.

Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. Please note that if you selected a shipping option that does not have tracking (such as Normal Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details.
8I have yet to receive my package!
Please kindly wait up to 10 working days for your item to reach you. Otherwise, feel free to drop a message at hello@sodaandpop.com and we'll do our best to help you!

Please note that, however, we will not be liable for any lost packages as a result of normal mailing.


soda & pop points

1What is the points system?
Because we love all of our customers, we launched the points system to allow everyone to accrue points with every purchase.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on our store. Points will be awarded based on your net purchase after discounts for rewards or coupons are applied. Points will not be awarded for non-merchandise items i.e., gift cards, shipping, gift wrap, tax, etc, and for refunded products. Points will not be refunded with refunds, and will count towards exchanges of same or lesser value.
2Who is eligible?
Everyone who shops with us!

Simply sign up for an account when you purchase an item and it will be automatically added to your account once the order has been confirmed.
3How do I use the points?
Every 100 points will count towards a $1 rebate, and can be used on the checkout page. You can also check your existing points on your accounts page.
4Do the points expire?
Just as we want our relationship to last forever, the points will as well! ;-)


returns & exchanges

1I received an incorrect/defective item!
Kindly accept our sincerest apologies. Submit your return or exchange request here within 5 days of receiving items, and we will get back to you the soonest.
2Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Soda & Pop has a 7-days exchange policy for non-sale items, only to a different size of the same item, and subject to available stock. Refunds are only accepted if item sent is defected.

Items must be shipped/postmarked within 7 days of receiving the item, and the returned item needs to be in original packaging and original condition. Item may not be washed or worn, and is subject to rejection should any of the return/exchange criteria not be met.

Exchanges will only be processed when the items are returned to us. Delivery fees incurred during the exchange process will be borne by the customer. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will issue online store credit for the value of the returned item.

1How should I take proper care for the item?
We recommend all items to be gently handwashed in cold, tepid water, air dried, and steamed or ironed through indirect heat to keep in pristine condition.

We also recommend item to first be washed separately from other items in case of colour run.
2The item I want is out of stock!
Do indicate interest on the item page for items that are out of stock. We might hold a backorder for OOS items!
3What is the sizing guide of the item?
All relevant measurements will be detailed in the item description, alongside model's measurements for reference.

Items marked as 'free sized' means there is only one size available for the design, and will fit several sizes across the board. Please compare existing clothes to measurements stated.
